About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Will have an overall view of the project and will support the team in breaking down tasks and understanding them to improve delivery efficiency;
Will ensure that the solution being built meets the clients' needs and applies best practices;
Will monitor project roll-out processes and support the team in identifying and resolving issues, and in critical cases lead the team;
Responsible for mentoring on testing practices, tools and concepts, and will support the team in test refactoring;
Act in identifying and fixing security vulnerabilities or produce documentation mapping the identified scenario;
Know architectural models and practices, and when necessary support the architecture team in validating solution designs and translate architectures into implementation during development;
Monitor team ceremonies for any impediments or issues and support the construction of an action plan;
Know the metrics the team uses and analyze them, suggesting changes and using them for planning and alignment processes;
Document and demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and clear code.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge in: Systems development, Unit testing with JUnit, checking logs in Datadog, Git;
Development of Microservices with Java Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven and queues (JMS, ActiveMQ or Kafka);
Databases: Oracle, SQL, MySQL and Aurora;
Use of cache with Redis, knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code and Scrum.
