Senior HR/Payroll Analyst
Quality DigitalResponsible for payroll calculations and labor compliance at Quality Digital. Collaborating with HR processes and ensuring adherence to labor legislation and standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and validate calculation procedures related to payroll, labor charges and social security contributions;
- Submit annual fiscal and labor obligations;
- Analyze payroll reports and provisions, including the 13th salary (annual 13th-month pay);
- Configure payroll events in the payroll system and perform annual table updates;
- Evaluate and propose improvements for the area, including process automation;
- Support and act in labor proceedings as the company representative, as well as in inspections and audits;
- Analyze and provide management reports for leadership, audits and inspections;
- Advise company leadership on matters related to labor legislation;
- Responsible for monitoring HR processes such as payroll and charges (and reporting results to Controllership), hiring, termination, timekeeping and hour bank, leaves of absence, benefits, vacations, and payroll for employees abroad;
- Responsible for controlling and updating information on collective bargaining agreements with unions, and union relations tasks such as data collection and spreadsheet preparation;
- Responsible for responding to employee inquiries regarding HR/Payroll matters;
- Provide support and follow-up to leadership on people strategy and guidance to managers;
- Monitor existing automated processes in the area, identify issues and work on solutions;
- Manage schedules, requests and follow-up for system database updates (Senior and Production);
- Support the evaluation of vendors for the company's benefits offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (related fields);
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of payroll calculations, HR/Payroll procedures and policies, and labor legislation;
- Experience with HR subsystems;
- Experience with the Senior system;
- Knowledge of HR process automation — a plus;
- Advanced/Fluent English — a plus.
