About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project management for fixed-scope projects and staff augmentation (bodyshop);
External project cadence meetings with client executives;
Internal cadence meetings with specialist leaders;
Operational management of activities related to status control and the closing cycles for deliverables and hours;
Prepare reports and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities;
Monitor business process performance, identifying and evaluating nonconformities and their impacts on processes and the client;
Perform follow-up and validation of deliverables and implemented corrective/preventive actions;
Coordinate technical action plans;
Manage and analyze the quality of deliverables;
Requirements analysis;
Management and oversight grounded in strong communication;
Management based on the ability to inspire and lead;
Strong understanding of conflict management and critical demand prioritization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication, leadership, conflict management, organizational and prioritization skills
Good
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Microsoft Office suite;
Techniques for reading and interpreting process maps;
Techniques for identifying root causes of nonconformities and defining actions;
Define SLAs for internal service areas;
Presentation techniques;
