About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, classify, log, handle, resolve, and, when not possible, escalate incidents/calls and service requests to the next level
- Record in the ITSM tool to ensure the request is routed to the correct team
- Guide users on current processes, rules, and procedures
- Update the requester on the status of their incident/call, providing clarifications, guidance, and information
- Perform software configuration and maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Windows
- Basic knowledge of Computer Networks and Information Security
- ITIL certification
- Customer Service Quality certification
