Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience developing solutions with LLMs
Strong experience in Python and software engineering best practices
Proficiency in agent systems, workflows, chains, or multi-agent architectures
Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, LangChain, or equivalents
Ability to implement integrations with APIs, databases, internal systems, and document sources
Knowledge of RAG, memory, evaluation, observability, and reliability in AI applications
Experience with version control, testing, deployment, and operation of applications
Ability to work autonomously in a developing environment, pragmatic and delivery-focused
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
