Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions with LLMs
  • Strong experience in Python and software engineering best practices
  • Proficiency in agent systems, workflows, chains, or multi-agent architectures
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, LangChain, or equivalents
  • Ability to implement integrations with APIs, databases, internal systems, and document sources
  • Knowledge of RAG, memory, evaluation, observability, and reliability in AI applications
  • Experience with version control, testing, deployment, and operation of applications
  • Ability to work autonomously in a developing environment, pragmatic and delivery-focused
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
