About the role

  • Experience in architecting and implementing solutions with LLMs in a corporate environment;
  • Proficiency with agent systems, workflows, chains, or multi-agent architectures;
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, LangChain, or equivalents;
  • Ability to structure approaches for orchestration, memory, context, tool use, and integration with corporate data sources;
  • Experience defining guardrails, fallbacks, observability, security, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms;
  • Ability to translate business use cases into scalable technical designs;
  • Strong communication skills to serve as a technical reference for the internal team and leadership;
  • Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions.

  • Programming languages for AI (e.g., Python, R) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);

  • Optimization algorithms (e.g., genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization);
