About the role

  • Will perform data collection and analysis;
  • Will develop data visualizations using charts, dashboards, and visual reports with tools such as Power BI and Excel, to facilitate stakeholders' understanding of the data;
  • Will generate insights for strategic, data-driven decision-making;
  • Will make data understandable and actionable for various audiences, including analysts, stakeholders, and executive management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and visualization;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI);
  • Development of charts, dashboard creation, and preparation of visual reports;
  • Understanding stakeholders' requirements;
  • Data manipulation in spreadsheets and databases (e.g., Synapse Analytics);
  • Interpretation of data analysis results;
  • Communication of data-driven insights;
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Basic knowledge of query and database manipulation languages (e.g., SQL);
  • Understanding of business and strategy concepts;
  • Definition and understanding of KPIs (Finance, HR, Sales, Accounting, etc.).
