About the role

  • Provide support and assistance for systems and users, identifying and gathering requirements to resolve issues, and manage external resources when handling incidents and problems related to systems;
  • Prepare reports and summaries on incidents, problems, or analyses;
  • Conduct user training for correct use of corporate systems;
  • Create and maintain technical and functional manuals;
  • Deploy application systems by performing installations and necessary tests, ensuring proper operation;
  • Develop scripts for automation;
  • Participate in data gathering, defining processes, methods, and resources required for system implementation and/or modification of existing systems;
  • Perform system and application acceptance testing (homologation) with users and clients;
  • Conduct code reviews and deliveries following established standards, managing documentation and version control of system assets.

Requirements

  • Basic required knowledge in:
  • - Programming logic;
  • - Structured programming (structured languages);
  • - Data analysis;
  • - SQL;
  • - Office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
