About the role
- Prepare documentation of operational procedures;
- Produce process metrics and reports;
- Manage network architecture;
- Propose process optimization projects that result in improvements to corporate services.
Requirements
- Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.)
- General knowledge of network security
- Experience with network hardware, preferably Cisco
- Firewall rules, security policies and sharing protocols
- CCNA Routing and Switching certification required
- Knowledge of IP and traditional telephony
- Intermediate English.
