About the role
- Will have an overall view of the project and will support the team in breaking down tasks and understanding them, aiming to improve delivery efficiency;
- Will ensure that the solution being built meets customer needs and applies best practices;
- Monitor project roll-out processes and support the team in identifying and resolving issues, and in critical cases lead the team;
- Responsible for mentoring on testing practices, tools and concepts; will support the team in test refactoring;
- Act on identifying and fixing security vulnerabilities or produce documentation mapping the identified scenario;
- Familiar with architectural patterns and practices; when necessary, support the architecture team in validating solution designs and translate architectures into implementation during development;
- Attend team ceremonies to detect impediments or problems and support the development of action plans;
- Understand and analyze the metrics used by the team, suggesting changes and using them for planning and alignment processes;
- Document and demonstrate solutions by producing documentation, flowcharts, wireframes/layouts, diagrams, charts and clear code.
Requirements
- System development, unit testing, log inspection in Datadog, Git;
- Development of microservices with .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, C#, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven and message queues (JMS, ActiveMQ or KAFKA);
- Databases: Oracle, SQL, MySQL and Aurora. Deep knowledge of SQL;
- Familiarity with the Azure platform, CI/CD and containerization;
- Use of caching with Redis, knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code and Scrum;
- Advanced or fluent English.
