About the role

  • Continuously monitor network environments and customer connectivity.
  • Proactively identify and resolve network incidents.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and outages.
  • Analyze alerts and events generated by monitoring tools.
  • Log, track, and document technical tickets.
  • Configure and administer network equipment.
  • Manage routing, switching, and network segmentation.
  • Configure and maintain VPNs, NAT, VLANs, and firewall policies.
  • Support improvement and evolution activities for the network infrastructure.
  • Administer FortiGate firewalls.
  • Implement and maintain network security policies.
  • Assist in analyzing network-related security events.
  • Support incident and vulnerability mitigation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in network infrastructure or a NOC.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, and routing.
  • Experience with FortiGate firewalls.
  • Experience with MikroTik devices.
  • Knowledge of connectivity and network performance troubleshooting.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
