About the role
- Ensure that the use of data and Artificial Intelligence occurs with governance, security, traceability, and adherence to best practices and regulatory frameworks, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Develop and support data governance policies applied to AI initiatives.
- Map risks related to the use of sensitive data in AI models.
- Assist with data classification, retention, and protection.
- Ensure compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and other applicable regulations.
- Work in environments focused on Microsoft Entra ID (IntraID).
- Configure and monitor identity and access controls.
- Support the implementation of Conditional Access policies.
- Manage identities, RBAC, and Zero Trust principles.
- Support the definition of security controls for the use of generative AI.
- Assess data leakage risks in AI integrations.
- Help develop internal guidelines for the secure use of AI.
- Participate in technical assessments of projects involving AI.
- Support internal audits.
- Monitor security metrics.
- Assist in managing incidents related to data and identity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Information Security (mid-level)
- Knowledge of Data Governance
- Experience with Microsoft environments (especially Entra ID)
- Knowledge of: IAM (Identity and Access Management), RBAC, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles
- Familiarity with AI security
- Knowledge of the LGPD and compliance best practices
