About the role

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
  • Partner with Team Lead and AE/Director to tailor outreach and define touch patterns.
  • Qualify leads via live calls (BANT), engage prospects, and schedule next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with assigned AE/Director on territory strategy and meeting quality.
  • Understand ICP needs and articulate Qualifyze’s value clearly.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in HubSpot.
  • Build strong knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze’s solutions.
  • Work with Operations and Quality teams to ensure an excellent handover and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or similar (pharma/regulated industry experience is a plus, not a must).
  • Availability to work within US working hours if necessary.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior US market exposure preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and “big picture” mindset.
  • Can-do attitude and strong ownership.
