Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in mobile development (Android & iOS), with at least 3 years in a technical management or team leadership role in fintech, digital payments or banking.
Expertise in either native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
Deep familiarity with mainstream architectural patterns like MVVM
Understanding of the design principles behind popular open-source components (e.g., OkHttp, Lottie, Glide, AFNetworking) is highly valued.
Familiarity with financial regulations in Mexico (CNBV) is an advantage.
Mandatory: Native or fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred: Conversational in Chinese (Mandarin).
