About the role

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, personalised emails, and outreach via outbound prospecting tools and professional networks, to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Use prospecting tools such as Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualification, and opportunities generated
  • Continuously follow up with qualified leads until handing them off to the CEO
  • Coordinate with the CEO to optimize the conversion process
  • Propose improvements to lead prospecting and qualification processes
  • Prepare weekly reports on results and key metrics
  • Participate in performance review meetings and provide continuous feedback to the team
  • Keep the lead database consistently updated as new prospects enter the funnel

Requirements

  • Previous +3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B prospecting
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
  • Strong experience in CRM platforms
  • Experience in A/B Testing of different acquisition channels/messages
  • Knowledge of commercial/sales metrics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, high energy, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and discipline to meet targets
  • Advanced English
