About the role
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, personalised emails, and outreach via outbound prospecting tools and professional networks, to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Use prospecting tools such as Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualification, and opportunities generated
- Continuously follow up with qualified leads until handing them off to the CEO
- Coordinate with the CEO to optimize the conversion process
- Propose improvements to lead prospecting and qualification processes
- Prepare weekly reports on results and key metrics
- Participate in performance review meetings and provide continuous feedback to the team
- Keep the lead database consistently updated as new prospects enter the funnel
Requirements
- Previous +3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B prospecting
- Proficiency with prospecting tools like Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
- Strong experience in CRM platforms
- Experience in A/B Testing of different acquisition channels/messages
- Knowledge of commercial/sales metrics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality, high energy, and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-oriented, ambitious, and with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and discipline to meet targets
- Advanced English
