About the role

  • Drive revenue growth across Europe and the United States by converting qualified opportunities into customers
  • Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, delivering value-driven product demos, and closing strategic deals
  • Determine whether a lead is a good technical and commercial fit to advance in the pipeline
  • Define the appropriate sales strategy based on customer type
  • Establish the best commercial terms and closing paths for each opportunity
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations focused on key modules
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting within the CRM
  • Execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies when identifying additional customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum +3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial software
  • Strong command of CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (C1+)
  • Experience working with sales cycles +3 months
  • Oriented profile in hunting and farming
  • Availability to travel
