Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Full Stack software development
  • Experience with programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and basic system architecture
  • Experience using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) programmatically for developing applications is a plus
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Solid software engineering practices, including coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation
  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to think creatively about technical challenges and customer pain points.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
  • Quick learner, adept at adopting new tools and technologies as the job requires.
  • Fearless in stepping outside your comfort zone to tackle various challenges as we rapidly grow our support capabilities.
