About the role
- Play a pivotal role in scaling, securing, and innovating our Revenue Operations technology ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, Finance, and Product teams.
- Design, architecture, and operational excellence of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and others.
- Manage multiple complex projects, tackle technical debt, and implement governance to future-proof our systems.
- Spearhead direct integrations between Salesforce and AI/LLM models to enhance automation, summarize records, and generate insights.
- Own Salesforce Data 2.0 initiatives—de-duplicate, enrich, and standardize all customer and prospect data from multiple providers.
- Lead implementation of next-gen GTM tools and ensure seamless integration across the RevOps ecosystem.
- Partner with Security and IT to close security gaps, enforce permissioning and field-level governance.
- Communicate system changes, document processes, and present architecture and impact analysis to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, and CRM Administration, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
- Salesforce expert (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications preferred).
- Deep experience with Salesforce architecture, including Flows, Apex triggers, custom objects, integrations, and APIs.
- Proficiency across core GTM tools—Outreach, LeanData, Domo, Gainsight, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and automate manual workflows.
- Experience implementing AI or Agentic solutions within business applications.
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills—capable of aligning technical details with business outcomes.
