About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports key accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Contributes to the monthly close process, maintains critical financial records
Supports audits and tax activities
Partners with internal teams to uphold strong financial controls and reporting standards
Collaborates effectively across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, alignment on accounting processes, and timely resolution of issues
Completes all estimated tax, extensions, and sales & use tax payments & returns timely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Master’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred
CPA preferred
6-7 years of accounting experience with 2-3 Years of Public Accounting or private industry accounting in software industry preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and advanced skill with Microsoft Excel
Experience working with accounting systems
