About the role
- Qualifacts is a leading provider of behavioral health software and SaaS solutions for clinical productivity, compliance and state reporting, billing, and business intelligence.
This is a full time opportunity in either our Nashville or Tampa office working a hybrid schedule.
The BI Engineer designs, tests and develops data sets through the use of BI tools, technologies and systems.
Analyzes complex data requirements and develops technical and/or process solutions to meet business needs.
Works collaboratively with technical and product management team in all phases of projects, potentially including requirements validation, QA Support, Development and Deployment Support.
Requirements
- Advanced work experience related to Real World Data/Real World Evidence
Experience utilizing 837 healthcare claims and EMR data (nice to have: 835 remittance, chargemaster, SDOH, lab, biomarker/genetic testing, NCPDP D.0 pharmacy, imaging)
Familiarity with RWD research including persistency, compliance, line of therapy, patient journey, epidemiology, market sizing, physician targeting
Knowledge of healthcare billing codes such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and NPI
Proven ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable development plans and drive execution to completion
5+ years with data modeling and ETL Development tools (nice to have: Snowflake, DBT Core/Cloud, etc.)
Ideal exp. with Apache Airflow
Advanced SQL R/Python development experience
Hands-on experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics, with experience in creating algorithms, formulas and calculations
Advanced Knowledge of dimensional data modeling
