About the role
- Monitor projects and maintenance in execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope and quality.
- Collect information from technical teams and project managers about progress, deviations, pending issues and resource needs.
- Update schedules, activity lists and control dashboards (in Excel, MS Project, Power BI, or internal tools) with the current status of actions.
- Prepare and maintain executive presentations showing project and maintenance progress for follow-up meetings with managers and responsible parties.
- Identify risks of delay and support the proposal of corrective action plans.
- Support the interface between technical departments, engineering, maintenance and project management, ensuring effective communication.
- Participate in alignment and follow-up meetings, recording and tracking action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days in the office).
- Possibility of occasional field assignments and technical site visits.
