About the role
- Support processes related to planning hiring demands:
- Manage relationships with requesting departments;
- Plan procurement activities;
- Manage demand for goods and services;
- Submit hiring requests;
- Define procurement strategies;
- Prepare procurement actions;
- Support processes related to execution of procurements:
- Act as the interface for the "Prepare Procurement" process;
- Support the processes for conducting bids, auctions (pregão), and direct contracting;
- Support the process for contracting/establishing sponsorships, agreements, and cooperation agreements;
- Support the process of executing Public Contract for Innovative Solution (CPSI);
- Support the process of contracting via the Price Registration System (SRP);
- Support the process of contracting for consortia under revenue-sharing or concession regimes;
- Support the process of managing contractual amendments;
- Other activities related to the services listed above.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Logistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or Marketing;
- Postgraduate specialization in a relevant area;
- Experience with SAP ERP — MM module;
- Technical writing skills and knowledge of public procurement and bidding;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
