About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the Commercial Planning and Intelligence area, ensuring organization, governance and quality of deliverables;
- Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs such as targets, sales, customer portfolio, conversion, cancellations and productivity;
- Develop reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making;
- Conduct market studies and commercial intelligence, assessing competitors, products, operators and business opportunities;
- Identify opportunities, risks and trends, proposing data-driven actions and recommendations;
- Standardize processes and methodologies, strengthening governance and consistency of analyses;
- Collaborate with partner areas to align data, strategy and commercial execution;
- Lead and develop the analytics team, promoting training, autonomy and high-quality deliveries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Commercial Planning and Intelligence, with experience in commercial performance analysis, market intelligence, analytics and results tracking;
- Knowledge of commercial indicators and metrics, including targets, sales funnel, customer portfolio, conversion, cancellations, productivity, and channel and regional performance;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to analyze data, create dashboards and produce management reports;
- Experience in data processing and validation, ensuring the quality and reliability of information used in analyses;
- Ability to prepare strategic analyses and executive presentations, turning data into insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions;
- Strong analytical and business acumen, capable of identifying opportunities, risks and trends that contribute to improved commercial results.
- **Differential:**
- Technical skills: SQL, Power Query, DAX, CRM and automation tools, focused on data analysis, report development, process optimization and support for commercial management;
- Market experience: Experience in supplementary health, insurance, benefits or commercial channels, with understanding of sector dynamics, performance indicators and management of commercial results.
