About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze billing data, identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions
Handle billing claims and related adjustments within billing systems
Ensure correct issuance, verification and reprocessing of invoices
Respond to and follow up on requests from internal and external clients
Liaise with partner teams to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements
Follow up on critical requests, proactively anticipating risks
Document analyses and actions, ensuring traceability of information
Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed
Solid knowledge of billing/invoicing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sectors
Experience in data analysis and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience handling billing claims and adjustments
Experience with customer service and demand-management systems (call center-like environment)
Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel and Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of regulatory standards (ANS — Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
Plus: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to processes
