About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Verify data and assist in analyzing billing information in spreadsheets.
  • Perform billing adjustments according to defined guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries/claims, recording and resolving requests in the system.
  • Log interactions and keep records of the actions taken up to date.
  • Support monitoring of requests and operational deadlines.
  • Interact with internal departments to obtain information necessary for case handling.
  • Follow established standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or higher education completed
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and data handling
  • Experience in administrative or financial routines, preferably in billing
  • Experience with system-based customer service (call center-like environment)
  • Good reading and text interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance products
