About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify data and assist in analyzing billing information in spreadsheets.
- Perform billing adjustments according to defined guidelines and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries/claims, recording and resolving requests in the system.
- Log interactions and keep records of the actions taken up to date.
- Support monitoring of requests and operational deadlines.
- Interact with internal departments to obtain information necessary for case handling.
- Follow established standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or higher education completed
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and data handling
- Experience in administrative or financial routines, preferably in billing
- Experience with system-based customer service (call center-like environment)
- Good reading and text interpretation skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of healthcare or insurance products
