About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain regular contact with decision-makers at class entities (member associations);
Analyze and provide financial and administrative reports to the entities;
Support internal teams on matters related to class entities, such as statutory inquiries, eligibility, contract amendments, rate adjustments, and other topics;
Provide support to Specialists with internal requests and requests received from the entities;
Prepare reports and cross-reference data using Excel and create PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed);
Intermediate Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, partial data anonymization, etc.) and Power BI;
Preferred: Experience with class entities or regulatory bodies;
Experience working with insurance brokers or health plan operators;
Knowledge of contracts, statutes, and eligibility;
