Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and handle complaints from Reclame Aqui and other channels, conducting investigations with internal teams to understand each case.
Write public responses with clarity, empathy, and attention to the company’s image, ensuring compliance with deadlines and SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and effectively, ensuring correct recording and categorization of requests in systems.
Identify root causes and patterns in complaints and propose operational improvements based on these insights.
Support initiatives aimed at improving the company’s digital reputation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Communications, Law, or related fields).
Experience in customer service, ombudsman/complaints handling, or back-office operations.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) for cross-referencing data sets and recording information in reports.
Experience handling complaints on Reclame Aqui or other public channels.
Basic knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
Familiarity with the regulatory environment (ANS).
