About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the collection, analysis and consolidation of data for IT service performance and satisfaction reports
Contribute to the organization and updating of the IT Governance framework in line with the company's strategic plans
Support meetings by documenting tasks and topics discussed
Organize backlogs and activity/project cards in progress, ensuring alignment between priorities, deliveries and operational challenges together with other team members
Support activities within the IT Governance structure, including but not limited to: change and incident management, problem management, audits, service catalog, knowledge management, demand management, among others.

Fundamentals of ITIL and COBIT
Basic knowledge of audit and compliance (GRC, LGPD)
Metrics management (KPIs, SLAs, MTTR)
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Process documentation and standardization
Incident and request management (classification, escalation)
Organization of service and asset catalogs
Process mapping: BPMN, Visio, Bizagi
Risk and internal controls management: GRC, ISO 27001
Legislation and regulations: LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
Quality frameworks: ISO 20000
Service management tools: Jira, TopDesk, ServiceNow
Planning and organization tools: Planner, Trello, Notion
