About the role

  • Analyze and draft contractual instruments in accordance with ANS rules and internal guidelines;
  • Participate in product implementation and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Interface with internal departments and external clients for alignment and clarifications;
  • Follow up on processes, anticipating risks and proposing solutions;
  • Prepare technical and support materials for commercial, marketing teams and beneficiaries;
  • Present products and update controls and project statuses;
  • Attend audits and regulatory requests, including support for NIPs;
  • Monitor the market, competitors and Official Gazette (DOU) publications, issuing opinions when necessary;
  • Support internal clients, communicate clearly and collaborate with the team;
  • Ensure deliveries are aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree);
  • Knowledge of healthcare products or insurance in general;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Desirable: knowledge of specific regulatory standards (ANS and the Health segment).
  • Innovation / Negotiation / Customer Focus / Results Orientation;
  • Teamwork;
  • Proactivity / Interpersonal skills;
  • Sense of urgency / Commitment to deadlines;
