About the role
- Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices and collaboration;
- Define and implement scalable architectures and robust designs;
- Develop and maintain APIs for system integrations;
- Support the optimization and organization of databases;
- Ensure code quality, testing, and solution resilience;
- Collaborate with areas such as Product, Commercial, and Architecture for integrated, strategic deliveries;
- Lead meetings and guide the team in alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Previous experience leading technical teams;
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and scalable architecture;
- Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases;
- Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
