About the role

  • Restructure the Training and Development area by defining scope, processes, learning paths, and governance
  • Build a continuous enablement strategy for all levels of the commercial organization
  • Define and monitor training KPIs, measuring impact on performance and business results
  • Implement, structure, and continuously manage the commercial knowledge platform (Beedoo)
  • Ensure Beedoo is the primary source for consultation, updates, and standardization of commercial content, ensuring quality, organization, and alignment with business strategy
  • Coordinate and develop the Training team (assistant and senior analysts)
  • Organize schedules, prioritize requests, and ensure the quality of training sessions
  • Ensure creation and evolution of content on products, sales techniques, scripts, objections, commercial conduct, and systems
  • Implement modern learning methodologies (andragogy, experiential learning, learning paths, and workshops)
  • Promote AI literacy applied to training and the commercial area
  • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Technology areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, Communications, Psychology, or related fields)
  • Experience in Training and Development within commercial sales environments
  • Experience managing teams
  • Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to education or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint (Canva is a plus)
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
  • Specialization in Corporate Education, Andragogy, or Training & Development
  • Experience delivering sales training
  • Experience with digital learning platforms
  • Courses or certifications in Artificial Intelligence
  • Previous experience with Beedoo (implementation, management, or advanced use)
