About the role
- Planning, directing, and evaluating client care and staff performance
- Overseeing all aspects of client care, staff development, and compliance with regulations
- Managing client inquiries, assessments, and care plans
- Developing and implementing staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintaining zero deficiencies in state/federal surveys and inspections
- Participating in corporate training and professional conferences
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure in Texas
- Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in home health or related settings
- 3-5 years of direct employee supervision experience
- Exceptional nursing assessment, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of Texas and federal licensing/regulatory compliance
