Key responsibilities & impact

Administer ITSM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB & Discovery Platforms
Design and maintain CMDB architecture, data model & governance
Configure discovery capabilities and application dependency mapping
Oversee hardware asset lifecycle and manage inventory data
Establish and maintain software asset records and licensing governance
Implement integrations, automation, and reporting tools
Coordinate with stakeholders on governance and process ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in ITSM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB administration, or related role
Hands-on administration experience with ITSM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB, or similar platforms
Experience configuring asset models, software models, and workflows
Practical understanding of CMDB concepts and ITIL-aligned service management processes
Familiarity with software asset management and licensing concepts
Hands-on experience with discovery or inventory tools
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
