Human Resources Intern
QualfonHR Intern supporting the Person Office with HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle tasks. Collects and manages employment data while supporting compliance and training initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Compiles and maintains paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including W/C and various leave requests
- Enters and updates employee records into HRIS system (SuccessFactors) and/or ADP
- Ensures employee submission of complete requirements before the first pay
- Generate variety of reports as needed
- First point-of-contact for employees and answers inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Timely and detailed oriented
- Sense of urgency is required
- Currently enrolled in a higher education institution
