The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineering Team Lead with strong Leader/Doer capabilities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can set a vision while executing effectively. You will manage and mentor a team of engineers while directly contributing to the design and delivery of innovative power protection systems.
Requirements
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
5+ years of experience in electrical design.
M.S. in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or equivalent preferred.
3+ years of experience with power systems or power electronics design preferred.
Proven experience leading projects and team members preferred.
Familiarity with ECNs, BOMs, documentation systems, AutoCAD, Altium, dFMEA, and HALT preferred.
Excellent lab and problem-solving skills preferred.
Ability to adapt to rapid development cycles and changing priorities preferred.
Experience with UL, IEC, and EMC electrical safety requirements preferred.
Strong knowledge of magnetics for power conversion preferred.
Experience with wide-bandgap (WBG) switching devices, simulation, and application preferred.
Background in control theory and/or embedded programming preferred.
