About the role

  • Proactively call and engage prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential leads using ZoomInfo and other platforms.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads.
  • Track and update lead activity in Bullhorn CRM with accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and call activity targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or inside sales (3+ Years of experience)
  • Comfortable working EST time zone hours.
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Confident and persistent on the phones — able to hustle and convert conversations.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Bullhorn CRM are strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
