About the role
- Proactively call and engage prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential leads using ZoomInfo and other platforms.
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads.
- Track and update lead activity in Bullhorn CRM with accuracy.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and call activity targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or inside sales (3+ Years of experience)
- Comfortable working EST time zone hours.
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Confident and persistent on the phones — able to hustle and convert conversations.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Bullhorn CRM are strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
