About the role
- Drive business development and revenue growth across the EEU region;
- Craft and execute regional sales strategies aligned with QUALCO’s vision;
- Engage with C-level executives to deliver compelling ROI-driven value propositions;
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, events, and strategic partnerships;
- Maintain deep knowledge of QUALCO’s solutions and market trends;
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction;
- Represent QUALCO at industry conferences and thought leadership events;
- Actively ensure compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven sales leadership experience in Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Track record of delivering strong performance in business development.
- Experience in collections, credit risk, or financial risk management is a plus.
- Ability to articulate ROI and business value to senior executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the EEU region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
