About the role
- Assist customers’ requests and take care of any technical issues;
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors;
- Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience;
- Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction;
- Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements;
- Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities;
- Evaluating customer needs to suggest solutions;
- Create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements;
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for IT solutions and problem resolution;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT or similar role;
- Client oriented with client facing experience;
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects;
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
- Team player;
- Excellent time-management skills;
- Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project.
- Experience with ΙΤ solutions that are related Cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
- Good understanding of networking infrastructure and components;
- Knowledge of Microsoft server products and applications;
