• Partner with Quento’s leadership to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies;
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and change management;
• Champion HR initiatives that reinforce company values and high-performance culture;
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency;
• Deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience across the entire lifecycle;
• Improve HR processes, policies, and systems for scalability;
• Advise managers on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant practices;
• Support performance management processes, talent reviews, and development planning;
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative workplace and lead engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection;
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines;
• Identify development needs and support growth while ensuring alignment with Qualco Group’s values and leadership principles;
• Contribute to succession planning and career pathways;
• Use HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making;
• Monitor key HR metrics and share insights with leadership teams;
• Lead HR aspects of organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and adoption;
• Collaborate with Group HR functions to implement Group-wide initiatives within Quento;
• Ensure that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
