About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with product owners to produce clear and refined requirement definitions;
- Support architectural decisions by designing scalable architectures and exploring trade-offs;
- Guide engineers on how to effectively use AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, optimization, reviewing, and documentation;
- Help QA engineers generate test scenarios and data, improve test coverage, and maintain test suites;
- Help DevOps engineers build and optimize pipelines, analyze logs and detect anomalies, and generate deployment documentation;
- Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, templates, and best practices;
- Lead training sessions on AI best practices and SDLC enhancements;
- Continuously refine AI workflows to support evolving engineering needs;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience covering full SDLC ownership;
- Deep understanding of the full SDLC (architecture → maintenance);
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and system thinking;
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot);
- Strong ability to translate engineering tasks into AI-assisted and agentic workflows;
- Familiarity with agile practices, CI/CD concepts, and testing methodologies;
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. MS Foundry);
- Experience leading AI enablement, developer productivity, or platform engineering initiatives;
- Strong prompt engineering‑skills (pattern design, reusable workflows, prompt libraries);
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code review, static analysis, and architecture validation;
- Exposure to QA frameworks and AI-driven observability tooling;
- Ability to build structured knowledge bases, AI templates, and internal accelerators;
- Experience integrating AI into Agile ceremonies (estimation support, grooming assistance, documentation generation);
- Experience evaluating and benchmarking AI models, prompts, and workflows.
