About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the product backlog and prioritization process
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead product discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design activities
- Coordinate and align business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners
- Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities
- Drive product decisions based on business value, customer needs, risks, and priorities
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support product strategy, release planning, and continuous product improvement
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and customer expectations
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in IT or related field
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, capabilities, and business use cases
- Experience identifying, documenting, and managing requirements for AI/GenAI-enabled products or solutions
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
- Strong business analysis and requirements management skills
- Experience creating and managing product backlogs and roadmaps
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and product initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Nice to have:
- Experience in digital products, mobile applications, or customer-facing platforms
- Experience defining product strategy and business cases
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and product discovery methodologies
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions
- SAFe, or similar certifications
- Experience delivering AI-powered digital products or business process automation initiatives.
