Finance Business Controller

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, present, and explain business performance, trends, and key value drivers in close collaboration with Business Unit Managers and senior business owners, while preparing internal and external reporting across all three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
- Contribute directly to the Budget, Forecast, and long-term Business Plan cycles, including the continuous enhancement of QUALCO’s corporate model and coordination with stakeholders on key assumptions and inputs
- Identify trends and patterns through KPI analysis versus plan and prior periods, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Apply strong cost control discipline and attention to detail to review and interpret variances between actual, budget, and forecast figures
- Support Management and business and financial planning through presentations, analysis, and ad hoc strategic or operational projects, as required and;
- Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of working experience in IT, Professional Services, Big 4 firms, and/or multinational organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent, and/or professional certifications such as Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), CFA or ACCA, will be considered an asset
- Solid financial reporting, presentation, and modeling skills, including the ability to prepare cash flow statements from the P&L and Balance Sheet and to project the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow based on a forecast P&L and key assumptions
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience with ERP, Power BI, and MIS systems, as well as data analysis and reporting tools; experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) will be considered an asset
- Strong collaboration, communication, and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
