About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools;
Execute functional, regression, and performance tests (JMeter);
Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA;
Integrate and monitor automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;
Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments;
Analyze test results and ensure software quality before releases;
Maintain QA documentation and test reports;
Support and improve QA processes and automation frameworks;
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in IT or relate field with a minimum 5 years of experience in the field
Experience in Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman or any other automation tool
Experience in load and stress test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI etc.;
Coding skills and experience in Javascript and Java
Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Confluence/Bamboo and GitLab is desirable
Working experience with Agile methodology is desirable
Industry certifications such as (ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, etc.) are highly desirable
High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an out of the box thinking
Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills
Ability to deliver results within strict timeframes
Team spirit, creating value to the team and supporting in reaching objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agile development environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
