About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, comprehend and document detailed business requirements;
  • Develop periodic reports and KPIs on portfolio performance, for operational, management and/or regulatory purposes;
  • Perform exploratory analysis on data leading to the development of treatment strategies, campaigns and debt restructuring products;
  • Set up and maintain automated processes according to the business requirements i.e. invoicing process;
  • Work with stakeholders in order to establish business needs;
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications for data transformation, extraction and presentation;
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Up to 2 years of experience in data/statistical analysis;
  • Very good SQL skills and a solid knowledge of database structure and operation;
  • Very good knowledge of relational data models, databases and related concepts;
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL Server– up to 2 years of experience;
  • Experience with at least one data presentation tool (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Elastic);
  • Exceptional attention to quality, detail, and be comfortable working as part of an extended team on an agile delivery plan;
  • Resourceful, creative, self-motivated and eager to learn;
  • English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • A degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, mathematics or other relevant field.
