About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate JDE system in the context of CS
- Receive and handle all orders from the customers and processing them effectively.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, production plants and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
- Participate in inventory counts of stocks
- Support audits (internal and external)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and JDE usage
- Participate in trainings and development to stay updated on JDE functionalities and customer service best practices.
- Participation in corporate projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer Service 2 years of experience – any field
- English advanced in writing and speaking
- JDE ERP - nice to have
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
