Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the company engagement strategy for Project Orion, driving the acquisition of new corporate partners and expanding a strong, purpose-driven employer network committed to inclusive hiring.
- Identify, approach, and onboard companies aligned with the mission of Project Orion, clearly communicating its value proposition and creating long-term, meaningful partnerships.
- Build and manage a vibrant community of partner companies, fostering ongoing engagement, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration around inclusive talent development.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate partners within Project Orion, ensuring a high-quality experience and strong retention through proactive relationship management.
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives (events, workshops, roundtables, and storytelling) that activate and strengthen the Project Orion employer community.
- Collaborate internally with the NGO and education-focused team members to ensure a seamless connection between company needs and participant opportunities within Project Orion.
- Gather insights from partner companies to continuously refine the value proposition and improve the alignment between employers and program participants.
- Identify opportunities to scale the corporate network of Project Orion across sectors and geographies, increasing its reach and long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to the identification and management of public funding opportunities related to employer engagement, employability, and workforce inclusion initiatives.
- Support the preparation of grant applications and reports by providing data, case studies, and impact stories related to corporate participation in Project Orion.
- Track and report key metrics related to company acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for Project Orion, inspiring companies to play an active role in creating a more inclusive and equitable labor market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education/knowledge in project management, communication or similar.
- Proven experience in project management
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- User level of graphic design applications (including Canva or similar tools)
- Advanced English and Spanish level
- Experience collaborating with third-sector organizations or social impact entities is a plus.
