About the role
- Partner closely with regional Sales VPs and cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize processes, and align go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and develop the NORAM Sales Operations team to support performance and scalability.
- Deliver actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
- Drive accurate forecasting and collaborate with Finance on strategic planning.
- Design and implement incentive programs in partnership with HR and Finance.
- Continuously improve business processes and systems in coordination with global teams.
- Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives that shape the future of our Digital business.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SaaS and tech industry dynamics
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and Salesforce CRM
