About the role

  • Partner closely with Sales to support the presales cycle for AR solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into solution value.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution presentations.
  • Guide customers through initial onboarding concepts (e.g., workflows, use cases, solution setup).
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure a smooth handover and successful go-live.
  • Work with Product Management to provide market feedback and customer insights.
  • Support Marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and thought leadership activities.
  • Build your expertise and become a recognized subject matter expert in AR and financial automation.

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, finance processes, or financial software solutions is a big plus.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central or similar).
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to understand customer processes and challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing, consultative role.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to engage with technical aspects (no coding required).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
