- Lead a dynamic and inclusive Sales Manager to head a team of solutions/consultative sales executives addressing clients' business challenges.\n

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading and supporting complex solution sales, along with managing an outside sales team.\n
- Proven track record of sales success, demonstrating an inclusive approach.\n
- Prior experience in \"business impact\" selling skills.\n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n
- Proven recruiting and retention abilities.\n
- Must reside in Florida, with a valid driver's license, for travel to client locations and in the field, supporting team, as needed.
