About the role
- Full responsibility for accounting and reporting for our German entity
- Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in Germany
- Preparation and submission of month-end, quarterly, and year-end reports , aligned with consolidation team requirements
- Coordination of statutory audits, tax filings, and GST , ensuring full compliance with German regulations
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and transparency
- Continuous improvement of processes, controls, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant , ideally in a SaaS, IT, or Tech environment
- Deep knowledge of German statutory requirements , including tax and audit processes
- Strong command of IFRS and German GAAP
- Fluency in German and English —both are essential
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion or similar)
- A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for precision.
